Guests scan, order, and pay — no app.
A QR code ordering system for Canadian restaurants: guests scan the table code, order and split in their browser, then tip and pay — no download, bilingual EN/FR, on modern smart POS hardware we ship and support Canada-wide.
Three taps from sitting down to paid.
Every table gets its own QR code. From the first scan to the receipt, the whole flow runs in the guest's browser.
Your guest points their camera at the code on the table. The full menu opens in their browser — no app, no login, no waiting for a server.
Everyone at the table adds to one shared cart, filters by allergy or diet, and splits the bill evenly or by item — each guest pays from their own phone.
Apple Pay, Google Pay, or a saved card. The kitchen gets the ticket in under a second, and the receipt lands by email or SMS.
What scan-to-order changes on the floor.
Guests point their camera at the table code and the full menu opens in their browser. Nothing to install, no account, no login — the single biggest reason scan-to-order actually gets used.
Ordering starts the second guests sit down, instead of waiting for a server to bring a menu and take the order. Tables free up sooner and you seat more covers per shift.
On-screen tip prompts and one-tap re-orders lift both tip percentage and basket size — and each guest tips and pays from their own phone.
Servers stop walking menus, taking orders, and running cards. They spend the saved time on hospitality and on the tables that need a human.
Each guest reads and orders in English or French on their own phone, while the kitchen and receipts run in whatever language your team prefers — per location.

QR ordering, answered.
Do guests need an app to order?
No. Guests scan the QR code on the table and the menu opens right in their phone's browser — they order, split, tip, and pay with nothing to install and no account required. That's why it's called scan-to-order: the whole experience lives on the web.
How do guests pay?
Apple Pay, Google Pay, Visa/Mastercard, or a securely saved card. Card data is tokenized and never touches Waitery servers.
Is it really bilingual?
Yes. Guest, kitchen, and receipt languages are configured independently in English or French, per location — built for Canada from day one.
