Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of the Waitery platform and website. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. Waitery provides restaurant point-of-sale, QR ordering, kitchen display, and related software on a subscription basis at $14 CAD per location per month, plus applicable setup and hardware costs.
Subscriptions are billed monthly and may be cancelled at any time; hardware purchased or leased is subject to its own terms. You are responsible for the accuracy of your menu, pricing, and tax configuration, and for compliance with the laws that apply to your business and province. Service is provided on a commercially reasonable basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Waitery’s total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the subscription fees you paid in the three months before the claim, and Waitery is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there.
Pre-Authorized Debit (PAD) agreement
Where you elect to pay by pre-authorized debit, you authorize Waitery to debit the bank account you provide for recurring subscription and agreed charges, in accordance with the rules of Payments Canada. You will receive advance notice of the amount and timing of debits as required. You may revoke this authorization at any time on notice; you have certain recourse rights, including the right to receive reimbursement for any debit that is not authorized or not consistent with this agreement. Waitery is committed to making our website and product usable by everyone. We aim to meet WCAG 2.2 Level AA, including readable contrast, visible focus states, adequately sized touch targets, keyboard operability, and respect for reduced-motion preferences.
