# Waitery

> Waitery is a QR-first restaurant point-of-sale (POS) platform built for Canada. Guests scan a table QR code and order, split, and pay from their own phone — no app download — in English or French. It comes with Waitery's own modern smart hardware and costs a flat $14 CAD per location per month, with free setup.

Waitery covers the whole restaurant on one platform: guest QR ordering, a kitchen display system (KDS), a mobile server app on Waitery's own smart handhelds, online ordering, a kitchen printer fallback, and a management/owner panel. Hardware is Waitery's own modern smart POS terminals, server handhelds, kitchen displays, and printers — shipped and supported Canada-wide, cash-drawer compatible, with a 1-year warranty. Bilingual EN/FR throughout, with per-province Canadian sales-tax handling (GST/HST/PST/QST). Setup is free; hardware can be bought or leased over 48 months.
